I made this Apricot Fudge Slice recipe this week. It was so yummy I knew you would want to make it too!
You know how I love to pretend that I own a Thermomix? (Well I like to pretend that my food processor is my Thermomix.) This recipe is actually for the Thermomix but I used my food processor as the recipe instructs and it worked out just the same.
I found this Apricot Fudge Slice recipe over here on the Vorwerk website. I usually can’t stop myself from changing recipes to “improve” them, but this one is just right the way it is written so I didn’t meddle with it. It reminds me a lot of my Grandma’s Bars recipe (the chocolate version) that I posted a little while ago. You need to check that out if you missed it. It’s here.
This recipe is super easy and quick to make which is why I am giving it to you! You are going to love it and it’s a good one for the kids to help with, especially because you don’t need the oven.
You will notice in the recipe that it requires 200g or 1/2 tin of condensed milk. I always double the recipe to use up the entire tin and also because one batch of this stuff is never enough. You are going to congratulate yourself for doubling this recipe after you find out how delicious it is and your family gets hold of it.
Of course this is perfect for the school lunch boxes and I think it would be a great slice to bring along to give to friends and family over the Christmas season (which is coming like a steam train!).
Make this simple Apricot Fudge Slice at your house and I’m sure you will love it as much as we do over here!
